Construction and Noise
- Please note that a new home is being built on a nearby lot. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Sunset Lounge. These areas are for member use only.

- This home is pet friendly for an additional rent of $50/night plus tax each, maximum of two dogs.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
Fees and Payments
- This home is pet friendly for an additional rent of $50/night plus tax each, maximum of two dogs.
- Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Returning guests of MountainAire may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All four TVs in the house offer Roku capabilities and SlingTV for live TV programming.
- High-speed fiberoptic internet service throughout the home.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
